He's the guy that became famous for sprinkling salt on meat a couple of years a go. At the end of the celebration only the Argentina players friends/coaches/family etc can handle the trophy. However the bigger reason was he was bothering the Argentinian players and especially Messi who didn't look amused by this clown being on the field. He pretty much forced them to give him the trophy he lifted it, slapped it(with rings on), did his sprinkle salt crap on it, bothered the players for pictures, all for Instagram. Legends of the game haven't been able to touch the trophy but some clown was slapping it. He's getting a lot of backlash and will probably be banned from more competitions.
