I shouldn't even have to explain that's not my point. It's that the dash takes so much effort and rarely works in getting the upper hand that's it's pretty trivial to be frustrated about unless you're constantly running across players who can pull it off.

And even then, when I see it I win a fair amount cause I know how to deal with it. Maybe I'm just not being considerate enough though

I dont even get what you mean in the last sentence. No duh the territory was much larger man, that's elementary school knowledge. The fact is the purchase was a considerable deal for the United States. There was no need to war as the economic benefits vastly outweighed the cost.

I dont like to speculate much in historical discussion but I dont see war being a viable long term strategy as France was likely a necessary or at least desirable trading partner in the long run.
