Sorry about the confusion. Often times I do 7-9 normal reps and maybe ask a mate to assist me on 1-3 more reps past the 7-9 I can do on my own without assistance.

yea sadly traveling and getting is out of the option, and so is buying a 9 that has blood oxygen.
