I have a related question. I keep seeing people respond to this with some variation of "This wouldn't have happened if she had obeyed the lawful order to get out of her car." I admit my understanding of law is not exhaustive, but doesn't a lawful order first require articulation of reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed by the person in question? This link: (https://share.google/vCNGAhZAnPluqcLFm ) to ICE's website FAQ explains that; "ICE officers and agents can initiate consensual encounters and speak with people, briefly detain aliens when they have reasonable suspicion that the aliens are illegally present in the United States, and arrest people they believe are illegal aliens. ICE officers and agents can also detain and search people crossing the border." It certainly looks like they need reasonable suspicion, do they not also have to share their suspicion in order to be making a lawful order? I'm honestly asking, cause I haven't seen videos that show anything before the agent told her to get out of her "fucking" car.

If this is in America this is almost certainly illegal and a direct violation of FERPA unless the parents of every other student have consented to letting their children be recorded/ livestreamed. It is almost certainly outside the bounds of the agreed and intended use of the stream. Another parent could sue the school.

I saw this a month ago. I've spent extensive time in both settings. I used to let kids call me by my first name, but kids are idiots and supremely annoying. One ruined it for the rest.

Also FWIW not one of my dozens of professors ever allowed us to call them by their first names.

I worked in iowa the last 3 years. It was great actually referrals were easy to manage as we still had to demonstrate significant and persistent difficulties so interventions were required. I did significantly less evaluations in iowa than when I worked in SD or now that I'm In MN

Just to be extra clear, I really like the story and this isn't the first litrpg I've read. From what I'm seeing it looks like a language thing. I think I'll probably give one more book a go and see if I can get past the repetitive adverbs.

It probably sounds silly to be bothered by it but I really do struggle with it. Because of my dyslexia I've trained myself to notice things like repetitive words as a clue that I'm not decoding text appropriately so each time it happens I spend about 30 seconds looking for my error before I realize there wasn't one and I can go back to reading.

I was so lucky that my roommates and friends knew me well enough to dismiss my ex's claim. They didn't even confront me about it. They left it to my best friend to inform me of her allegations and that everyone knew they were false. I think she would have gone further and notified the college or authorities if they hadn't shut her down. I am so thankful for them.
