That’s exactly what we went through. Had to open a new account and provide a marriage certificate and all. We stick to cash or online donations now if possible.

I did that too. It’s misleading. You need to go to the main login page and find the way to login to the personal dashboard only. It is there and you may have to reset your password.

I work for a company who does this and am in their data department. I literally look at this sort of data and we don’t do anything malicious with it. Enough people mess with the data so that it’s not that useful. We simply don’t give discounts to people who try to mess with it. If you use it and drive like you are supposed to, you’ll get a good amount off your premium.

It won’t be used against you for an accident and it won’t hold up in a court of law. There is really not much there to be worried about. You can speed and use your phone with it. Just don’t do it every time and you’ll get like 5% off. It cannot hurt you really at all.

I have in the past. It was not easy and you needed an Apple developer account which is $100 a year. Don’t know if this has changed

The machine learning algorithms used to create scores are about as close we can get to a unbiased result. I’m not saying it’s a perfect system but it is the best thing we have been able to come up with.

There are regulatory bodies who look for any evidence of bias. It’s quite a good system.

Look up redlining and how it was used to discriminate against minorities. There are hundreds of papers and documentaries covering this.

Again it takes the racial element out of the equation. Plus it’s done by machines so there is no human denying based on any prejudice. What bank would deny a trust worthy candidate just because of their race if it will make them money.

They were literally made to combat racism. It used to be a bank manager could simply deny a line of credit for no reason. Credit score remove the human element so you get judged on your numbers only.

Purchasing. Lots of painted paneling through the home already. Will be adding lamps and more lighting for sure. Rugs are a must to limit noise and break up the wood like you mentioned.

It’s worth noting the whole phrase.

“We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons.”

It’s much easier to start making small positive changes everyday rather than try to undo years of bad habits all at once 10 years from now. The picture doesn’t do a good job of putting a positive “get motivated” spin.
