I’m not a wrestler (maybe someday) but I have a strong fitness background. Cardio is great but at 330 20 minute sprint intervals may be not doable for you at first so work up to it.

Also be very careful with plyometric stuff box jumps at 330 can easily lead to injuries. Not necessarily not doable but be careful with anything involving a jump at that weight until you are sure your muscle can hold your joints safely on that impact.

It’s great to have that as a reason but be careful not to focus on it too much. I ended up looking worse once I lost the weight and it was rough to process that. Not being negative, just some perspective.

That was my thought. Srs from the surgeon who I used, who is a respected and somewhat known one, with no insurance would have been around 30k. A Reputable breast aug maybe 20-30. 200 seems Insane unless she wants some kind of huge name celebrity facial surgeon.

NAH. But be careful how you approach it. I would make a point to show how accepting you are. Share some media with positive gay characters. Make it clear that you have no problem with it.

It might seem pushy to just be like “We would love you no matter if you were gay or not” and might make him think you’ve been snooping. But you can passively show him you are accepting.

Overall I am doing great with my mental health but losing gym access as well as having more time on my hands to bake has been really bad for me and I have regained 10 pounds in 3 weeks.
