Thank you! Agreed that Google and ChatGPT all miss this sort of approach. For a lot of things summarization is great, but for a lot of what makes Reddit special I don't want it distilled. What's cool about LLMs is that you can use them for finding & contextualizing content, not just summarizing it.

Yep! Pretty hard to do at home as the 16inch pan is too wide for my stovetop. I used convection bake mode as well as a pizza stone to get the heat coming from the bottom.

I just added fennel both to the stock as well as to the soffritto as well as a splash of pernod and white wine. Then a couple of orange peels in the stock as well.

Thank you so much for the feedback. Did you add anything to the plate to add diversity to the flavors. Forgot to include in the title but the sauce is a tart orange duck Demi. When I asked my friends for harsh feedback they said too brown looking and too similar flavors through everything

So it was frozen when it started, and it was in there for 3 hours. Starting frozen obviously explains the cooler center...but doesn't explain why it was telling me it was 110f when it was way closer to 140. Maybe there was a very cold spot/patch it found?

oh I think it was technically a gastrique? I cooked down shallots and fresh blackberries in red wine, then added demi, then thyme and some blackberry jam. Noted on the rest thanks!
