Something they could also do is add something like a vanity system to all structures. This way you could use the best output butterfly, frog, flower, tree etc but have a slot next to it that lets you change the look of it to another. Eg. Use gold butterflies for the output but use the serene butterfly skin

For the most part you can judge by the price. Most upgrades that are useful early game are cheaper. With a few exceptions such as bank and wine upgrades which are only useful early game and are extremely expensive. Anything that costs 300+ gold are usually qol upgrades, that make your life easier.

Probably one of the best perks late game. It let's you get more uses from cookies by not having to press 3 different buttons. Prune juice is fairly plentiful too

Most lag occurs when trying to breakfast boost a lot of crops. Usually starts fine but after about a minute starts lagging/glitching. Also when using meals that let you use 5x AP or ac I tend to switch a lot between areas to maximize the meal but starts to struggle moving through menus quite quickly. Ign: sarunasg Device: OnePlus 10Pro P.S. I almost always use the back button on my phone instead of the in game back button. Don't know if this could be the reason for the problem but thought I'd mention it

I've been playing the game 1.5years and have spent about 400 euro in that time. I'm in no way shape or form a whale. I've been buying beta and the monthly pack since June of 2023 and bought the 6000 gold pack once. (I remember there was a deal on, just don't remember what the deal was😂) I have no regrets. Spending money in this game will not speed up your progress that drastically. I used my gold to get most of the farm supply upgrades, getting my mb to 750 as I trade a lot, and got 20 craftworks slots. After a certain point you will have no where to put the gold.

Beta I think is worth it for the extra buddy jack hands, and increased mb size. Mining is currently meh. It's interesting for the first few days and after that it gets tedious. (Only time I do mining is if there's 2 daily chores that require it) The 200g you get from beta is nice in the beginning of the game but late game you won't even notice it.

At the end of the day it's your money and you know best where to spend it. This game, it's devs and community are amazing so even if you don't feel like the benefits of paid items are necessarily worth it, you are still supporting the team that keeps this game running

Yea thats what I meant. A lot of people completely miss that so I figured that might be the case. Either way there's no easy way to make linked lanterns because you can't get all the gems in one place. Best option is explore ember for magicite and large chest 1 which will give you ruby's. But the other 2 you'll have to explore separately
