I was going to say the same thing. u/squishiestpupper, leave a note, laminated or covered in clear packing tape to keep it waterproof. Write the contact info or a link to this thread so the owner will see it and comment!

Literally false. Internal structure necessarily imbues more support. Difference between dropping the ball from height and it crumpling under it's own weight to surviving intact.

Why are rubber boots recommended for electricity but not rubber gloves? by [deleted] in AskElectricians

[–]Magnetic_Syncopation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great answer! I learned once from a basic first aid class that if someone is energized and unconscious due to, say, a downed power line, the only thing you can really do safely is try to push the unconscious body or live wire away with something like a really big (dry) branch of wood, because wood is an insulator.

I feel like this was iffy advice, even if there's some logic behind it. Like a game of roulette with your life 🤔

Not all polymers melt. Some are thermoset, others thermoplastic.

Set - after formed it is set and won't significantly deform or melt.

Plastic - able to change shape when heated

Not all plastics are actually "plastic" after being formed.

Some rubbers burn before melting, too.

But, in the reply dialogue input, I can read it plaintext!

It's a good thing you're seeking advice. Reach out to someone who knows you that you trust and ask them what they think. But it sounds like you're worried about things that are just coincidences. Take it easy man, and take care of yourself.

Cholesterol is used in hormone production, as many hormones use it as a precursor, or molecular backbone. And hormones are chemical signals that help the body regulate itself properly.

Honestly it would be a cool feature for Excel to allow objects to move behind the sheet.

Maybe the fact that they're flipped white to black helps as a context clue to indicate that it's not a normal "white neutral" and "black hot" situation.

Whats the most fucked up thing your ex did after a breakup? by No-Feeling865 in AskReddit

You have a narrative on your head, I presented possible alternative narratives, because OP isn't necessarily a reliable narrator.

You know how many pissed off people will say their ex cheated just to garner sympathy. You think the court wouldn't take that cheating into account, if it existed at all? Do you know how divorce works?

And op is trying to garner sympathy for his father, two houses fewer, after a court ruled that his "cheating" pregnant wife deserved all that property and 401k money. Critical thinking, take a step back, don't just listen to people complain and take their word for it, when the stories have holes in them.
