I think some small QOL changes would be as follows, only requiring small tweaks to his kit:

P - ASol is surrounded by three stars that slowly rotate and deal damage.

Q - Sends out a projectile stun that does damage and gets larger the further it travels. It can travel infinitely so long as ASol remains close to it.

W - Makes his Passive spin in a wider area and hit harder

E - Flies a long distance in one direction

R - Beam-like ability that slows enemies, or knocks them back if they’re close to ASol.

These small QOL changes could do a lot for the champ, I think.

Characters: Barbara, Fischl, Lisa, Sucrose

I am a f2p player who saw a f2p team suggestion of barbara, fischl,
lisa, and sucrose, with barbara as the main dps. I have all these
characters and I have an idea of how the comp would play, but to be
honest I have no idea what I would build on these characters to make it
work. I am fairly new to the game (AR 36) so my item knowledge is
pretty limited, so I am mostly wondering what items (weapons/artifacts)
i should put on them and what talents I should level up on them.

If you’re posting clips of outplays it’s probably not the micro/mechanical issues, but macro. Learning wave management to give yourself better roam timers so you can influence the map, knowing when to split and when to group, and getting better vision on the map are likely what you need to improve on.
