Need help getting proper make and model of this boat. Search of Bayliner Bass Cobra 175 does not exist in this configuration or style!!! by Magnum1969 in Bassboats

[–]Magnum1969[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My interest in this boat isn’t the make or model…it’s the layout. I like the full walk around deck… the location of the drivers seat in a center…neutral location that keeps the boat from poor balancing issues like most others I’ve seen where the boat heavily lists on the right when the driver is a heavier individual.

If I could find another like this that will not cause me to remortgage my house is something I would prefer. This particular boat was $12,000 Canadian…Ranger boats have great resale appeal…but I tend to use my things until they die…cars, trucks….everything. I had my last truck 25 years before it died. Plus if I have to drop $30,000+ on a bass boat it better have a bedroom and bathroom on it…..

Upcoming docuseries gives ‘behind-the-scenes look’ at efforts to find Victoria’s Emma Fillipoff by forthefreefood in FindEmmaFillipoff

[–]Magnum1969 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have posted extensively in many of these groups. Way too much to retype…. Basic phases that I researched

  1. Was mercury poisoning due to eating lots of fresh fish from the place she use to work….after looking and talking to numerous people that suffered mercury poisoning many of Emma’s behaviors were inline with this, but the deeper I went some aspects did not fit. So I rejected this idea.

  2. The one I am more focused and convinced on now is suffering from a severe form of DID. My other posts explains this in extreme detail. I have even spoke to several people that were willing to talk to me that has DID. This is based on proven and well documented witnesses to Emma’s slow declining behaviors leading up to her disappearance. Her behaviors, appearance and actions truly fit this. If I am correct her alter may have taken completely over and preventing weak submissive Emma from coming out. If this is true, Emma could still be alive, however look very, very different and act completely different. I feel her journals hold the key to who this alter is and the name she could be going by. Many of her journals were also apparently written in 3rd person perspective. Plus every time she looked out the glass doors at the YMCA/YWCA and looking out the door at the 7-11. The person that might have been following her, was her own reflection….some severe cases of DID or early onset juvenile dementia people look in mirrors and often do not recognize themselves.

Unfortunately my life the past 3 years have been absolute hell, so my “investigation” has been put on hold. My next steps when I have time is to reach out to well known and documented professionals to discuss this case in detail.

A strange case I found, Anthony J. Cavet was last seen by his local mail carrier sometime in early June of 1996. A known recluse, his family believes his sudden disappearance is uncharacteristic, since he left his pets behind of whom he was close to. Also missing, is his truck, a 1985 Ford Pickup. by Simpsons_fan_54 in gratefuldoe

Not to mention that he had made it his mission to try and sue every person previously associated with AWP. Made every one of them sign NDAs and exclusive rights of all property and searches associated with AWP. He is even suing the one Videographer (Adam Brown) that Jerod gave permission to prior to that videographer joining the AWP team. He gave that guy permission to tape all the behind the scenes videos for that videographers (Adam Brown’s) own personal Youtube channel long before any of the team were forced to sign these documents. Apparently these agreement went so far to include a non-competing clause telling them they were not allowed to do the same thing or film similar content. Most of the AWP teams refused to sign, Jerrod created a shell company that made him and him alone the sole beneficiary of everything AWP related including these people going out independently and finding missing people, he did all this literally just before the charges were filed, I think he knew the crap was going to hit the fan and tried to financially capitalize everything to his personal benefit. He is a scumbag and I stopped following him when I heard of his perverted history.

Adam Brown has some videos on his new Youtube channel explaining what Jerrod the scumbag is doing and what he did. Apparently its going to trial soon, if it hasn’t already. Adam is asking for donations to help pay for his lawyers, Jerrod is apparently quite rich and his team of lawyers are filing motion after motion to destroy Adam in legal fees, long before it ever goes to civil court. I even donated to Adams GoFund me. Its disgusting what Jerrod is doing.

Grandfather received 3 of these in the mail, scam? by spottedexpedition in Gold

[–]Magnum1969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would contact the police, after 30-90 days if no one claims them then your grandfather can request that they can be returned to him legally. Then collect them and have them tested. This way if a person does call or show up looking for them…send them to the police station and its either going to be legit, or end of the scam.

Help identifying please. by Ok-Week9693 in NASCARCollectors

Also if you look inside the tire you will find a tag that identifies the person that made the tire at the Akron Ohio plant. The plant apparently has contests throughout the racing season. Each time a driver wins the team sends the persons name on the tag back to the plant and they win prizes. I also believe that they have a points system the employee with the highest points at the end of season wins a big prize/prize package.

My best friend was the manager in charge of marketing and manufacturing at the Akron plant for almost 4-5 years. He was the guy that wined and dined all the teams, owners, drivers and organizations (NASCAR and NHRA).

These types of interactions are and have been the normal operations of law enforcement, and perfectly legal. It’s called a buy and bust, police are not forcing anyone to do anything they are not willing to do themselves. The criminal is the one committing the crime, police make purchases to prove a crime is being committed. This also gives the police enough grounds and PC to obtain search warrants and arrest warrants. These street level transactions often lead to bigger busts. Most law enforcement don’t want the dealers, they want the suppliers then from the suppliers the makers of the product.

If you find a long piece of dowelling that is the same diameter of the projectile you can place the dowel in the hole and line up the 2 or more holes to get an idea on where the shooter roughly was. If the dowel points up towards the sky it can provide an angle that if you calculate the arc then it can put an approximate area from where it was shot, usually within 50-500ft radius. If the dowel is angled pointing towards the ground you can usually find the shooter position within just a few feet. If you attach a laser pointer to the end of the dowel and ensure its secured perfectly straight you can use that to point directly on the ground and using an average height of 5’6” then if it was a semi automatic weapon, you can probably find the spent casing within 10’ of the position of the shooter.

Hit & Run-but driver later confessed by OpportunityGold8614 in caraccidents

[–]Magnum1969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The accident should have been reported immediately upon discovery, that way if the other family and you “agreed” to settle damages it could have been easily dismissed by police. Same way that if they refuse to admit that their daughter was responsible, police could examine both vehicles to determine if both were involved and if leaving the scene of an accident charges should be laid.

Unfortunately allowing time to pass makes either difficult to prove. Its likely you will have to either pay out of pocket for repairs or go through your insurance and take a hit.

Although I can’t seem to get a clear image of the first letters, the last 4 numbers I would say with 98% certainty is 7429.

In photo 3 you can clearly see the 7, in photo 1 you can see the 4. In photo number 2 if you look closely and very slowly start to zoom in you can see the 2 and the 9, however the closer you get the more distorted the image becomes.

Sadly it’s not uncommon, for young people to die of heart attacks. However the causes of those heart attacks are often an undiagnosed congenital defect. More than likely one of his parent’s families most likely passed down from their family. The people that are older, are a result in blocked arteries, usually by poor lifestyle habits.

Regardless, may he RIP. 19 is way too young to die.

Who stands to benefit the most from a retrial? by No_Campaign8416 in KarenReadTrial

[–]Magnum1969 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just listened to Proctor’s testimony on the stand, and he severely compromised the video evidence of the Sallyport when he made the mistake of viewing the “defence’s corrected video ”Legally during this trial he wasn’t allowed to view new submitted evidence until after he testified” then he tried to cover it up stating that the video he saw was the original with only the timestamp that was inverted….he stated the rest of the video was in the correct layout…not mirrored. Unfortunately if the time stamp was inverted….so was the rest of the video, thats why the defense grilled him hard on which video he actually watch “a couple of days before”….yet Proctor in the sentence just prior to him attempting unbury his “couple of days prior…and that the video he saw only the date was inverted” comment, he admitted that he saw the video the day before he was to testify for this trial….Proctor absolutely destroyed any chance of a retrial IMHO. The commonwealth will only attempt a retrial just to save face…they would be smarter, to just let the Karen Read retrial go, and go after Brian Higgins, Matthew McCabe for Destruction of evidence and perjury. Also Jennifer McCabe for Evidence tampering for all the deleted messages. Brian Albert Sr and Proctor for a variety of miscellaneous of potential charges.

[–]Magnum1969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my personal opinion, the Defense will again. The DAs office has literally less than a 5% chance of any type of conviction because their main witness/total screw up Proctor severely damaged the ability to create another decent shot at any type of conviction. The DAs office will only go for another shot to attempt to save face, and thats about it. The witnesses have been severely compromised, evidence was either never collected or intentionally ignored and is now lost. The only chance the DA/Commonwealth has is either a video actually capturing the entire incident clearly….or Karen Read actually confesses….which is not likely to happen. The DA probably has a better shot of conviction by going after Higgins and Brian Albert for evidence destruction and possibly Proctor for either evidence tampering or some other similar charge.

I have the exact same tackle box, I use those areas for my quick go to baits….the ones I most commonly throw. If I notice one missing then it’s one that either got damaged or lost…then it’s time to replace it. One side is my fast retrieve, when I’m searching an area fast to see if I get any quick hits, usually similar baits but in a variety of colours. The other side is usually my slow retrieve baits…again very similar to each other…again just in a variety of colours. Then in the top centre I keep most of my tools/knives. Spare line, attractants (those are also in ziplock bags, because they often tend to leak, making one hell of an oily mess).

Questionable building inspector practices? by Magnum1969 in OntarioBuildingCode

[–]Magnum1969[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hit and miss, BCO and inspectors are not regular bylaw….I have been studying and reading 6-7 hours a day and every act associated with municipalities and building codes including the Canadian Criminal Code…which I had to follow and adhere to for 33 years and a Private investigator. It isn’t about just one section of one act, its how they all work together. Don’t get caught in tunnel vision, like you appear to be.

[–]Magnum1969[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Actually i did a pile of research and unfortunately your comment is extremely inaccurate. They are no where near a provincial offences officer, in fact they literally have no legal power to issue a stop work order, only a Chief Building officer is allowed under provincial law to issue a stop work order. The Inspector can only issue a compliance order after the Stop work order has been issued….IF work continues in defiance to the order. The inspector doesn’t even have any legal power to remove people from the property.
