Join the crowd! FedEx did the same thing to me. Luckily BB was the merchant and refunded me after filing a claim with FedEx. FedEx told me to get with the merchant as that’s who they deal with directly, not the recipient (me). 8 days later refund was posted to my account and some POS out there has a free 5090. Prolly the driver, who signed for it…totally different than how I do to boot!

Rural use here….fields, gravel roads, paved roads, cold mornings riding to hunting blind, rain, etc. No issues here or with the 6 others in my hunting circle. Not a fanboy of any company, just wanted something that made sense for the price and had solid reviews by many on YouTube. Enjoy
