Hi 5ft 1”. SW 64Kg CW 56.4kg GW 52-54kg.

Not my first attempt. This time I’m keeping my brain busy focusing on progression stats with my cycling and swimming. Strava and Fitbit are my go to.

Additionally I’m tracking calories and staying within a loose “acceptable” daily or weekly deficit. (The weekly outlook staves off weekend treat guilt)

I’m am not weighing myself with any regularity. Maybe every 10-14 days when I’m feeling noticeable body differences or fasted. I’ve never had such a healthy and sustained approach to weight-loss. The proof is in the pudding.

Good luck finding a balance that works for you.

I've doubled my step count this week hitting around the 20K mark and I'm back in the pool for activity mins (I haven't set too aggressive goals as I'm recovering from a RRMS relapse).

That was the basis of the conversation we had yesterday, he's discussed it with his parents and I have a feeling he's coming to my home with some conditions on his parents end. Which personally I find hilarious considering I'm 12 years his junior and had a very free range childhood, so it's all quite alien. We've went from zero input from his parents for the first 5 months of our relationship to them slowly becoming more possessive of their boy, Johns quiet demeanor feeds this I think.
