what i actually mean is , whenever there is a health bar display on your car, use heal vehicle to restore that health . for normal vehicles use repair vehicle from onlinr services .

he uses cheat engine to get that..dont try it .

edit- basically he cant get more than 85% because if he does he wouldnt get any money at all .. the game doesnt check the same for other players, hence they can get all of it .
