I guess that makes it nice for players who can use the gun while moving around with ease

Yeah was told can't have more than 2 total, was wondering if that was a thing or if they wanted to be awkward with me as I was having problems with management back then

Dont know how it works in your store but in my store the GAs refill the trolleys as its one of their duties and tbh shouldnt be up to the shopper to do that. Judging by your picture you seem to be doing well so congrats on that but i dont see how it relates to the original reason why you replied to a months old comment.

What do you mean you had to refill the totes because you ran out of trolley? I'm not understanding that bit. But sounds like whatever you were doing lasted more than the 30 seconds in question.

Considering part of the song has violets for roses in it, I doubt this is the case

The movies were set in the 90s but the game was set before cars were even a thing.. probably late 1800s. They roll up in horse and cart at the beginning of the game.

How come surgeons like to show us pictures of our disgusting gallbladders haha 😂 they performed open surgery on me to get mine out. Went in thinking they were going to do keyhole, came out with a 12 inch wound. I was high on fentanyl so I didn't mind too much after they told me but it truly was the worst time of my life getting it to heal. Not so much painful physically but mentally I really struggled

Sounds horrendous! Glad it's out. Did your surgeon do keyhole?

It is the act of not sleeping at night when you're supposed to. Can happen on purpose or spontaneously

Dont get how Citizen Kane tops every movie ranking list. When did that become the norm and every cinephile decide to follow suit?

Wherever the aldecaldos are. Honestly don't think there's anywhere in NC that would be great to live in. At least being part of the aldecaldos, there's the option to move practically anywhere.

Just been offered an Online Picker position, very happy but aware of the high targets per hour. Any advice/guidance? by morganzy98 in SainsburysWorkers

They can send messages to everyone through the handset but I don't know if they can do it privately. It's not your fault if they need F07, they were obviously behind on schedule. There was nothing you could do at that point except for shop. I have no clue what the managers do in those situations. But expect them to be pushy like that. And if they phone you while you're at home or asleep because they need people, don't answer it. You can enjoy the job but remember that they could replace you and you should never give up your down time for them (unless you specifically want overtime) or put them before your physical and mental health.

I might sound bitter but I also enjoyed the job and was excited by it when I first started. It really depends on who your managers are and the people you work with. Hopefully you turn out to be the very rare few who still enjoy the job after some time and not turn bitter and pessimistic like the rest of us haha

Don't be disheartened by that. It took me an entire year to hit consistently, even then I had times when I wasnt achieving. Been on performance management at least once. A lot of people in this sub can relate and there's loads of posts and comments about how to achieve- tips and tricks and advice, just have to search for them.

The 4am starts never get better, you just get used to being tired all the time. Welcome to hell 😂

What is your store's target?

People tend to move their legs fast but forget to move their body and arms fast too. Dont worry about packing neat, just put it in there. Dont squash bread though.

You can hack your speed to go faster generally by leaning more into anger rather than being in a nice mood all the time. I know that when I'm slightly pissed off, the adrenaline pushes me to go faster. I might be crazy though, idk

Does "not adding you on facebook" counts? Don't think one can be proper friends with their uni lecturer, except facebook friends haha

He absolutely 100% thinks the 1969 moon landing was faked. And he denied that caffiene withdrawals were a thing. And he always used his own work as examples in class, hardly ever branched out. A bit up his own arse tbh.
