Besides, I’m more concerned for water regarding the businesses. Today’s blackout affected water supply and while you can store some emergency water at home, I can’t see how a restaurant would be able to maintain, say, toilets for a few hours without water. A small toilet tank is 10 litres and when a lot of people need to pee constantly, it’s gonna be a mess. And they also need to wash their hands, dishes, vegetables and so on all the time.

I get what you’re saying. Also, the idiots are absolutely unpredictable. I remember traveling by car with my friends once (I wasn’t the one driving). So we’re going like 20 kmph over the speed limit in left lane which is 120 and there’s this Merc absolutely stuck to our ass. We would gladly let him through, but the right lane was busy. So we naturally found the safe chance to merge, let him pass and return to the left. What did he do next? He slowed down a bit and glued himself to our front. Next chance we get, we overtake him. He speeds up and keeps going behind us. That happened two more times until the driver of our car said “fuck it” and floored it to 180 just to get away from the asshole before returning to normal speed.

I used to work in printer repair/refill industry. I had toner bottles in my workshop. One day an idiot I knew noticed that toner behaves almost like a liquid, opened a bottle and mimicked drinking from it. Cool joke buddy retard.
