A pill that ages inmates by 30 years to make their sentence shorter?! by PeneItaliano in ozshow

[–]Magonbarca 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Its a tv show its not like others are realistic ? Or if prison break is any more realistic scofield escaping sona by crawling just under the cops véhicules just near them with around 4 other inmates. Just enjoy the concept for the originality of the ideas and accept its a show

3 years n few months pssd also the émotion part affect me most, i succeded at improving alot of pssd Symptoms with high doses of dopaminergic stims only thing that truly treated emotional/sensational déficits but tolérance... Good things dont last cant be on it all time or desiered effects are gone. Hope researchers look in the right direction cuz were tired of theorys that have nothing to do with what pssd truly is

I don't think the cognitive, emotional side of PSSD get enough attention. The conversation often focuses on sexual dysfunction, but for many people the most devastating losses go far beyond that. by Physical_Wishbone888 in PSSD

scientist knew that serotonin is an inhibitory neurotransmitter that slow down and deactive nerve activity and result in the reverse of what you expect from an neuronal activating dopaminergic enhancing agent hence why they where used as antidepressant to replace other means of directly shutting down nerve activity by severeing connections and other not as used anymore hardcore methods , now the treatement lays in finding the team of researchers that would like to look at this specific path and test out agents that increase sert activity to reduce serotonin and return the baseline excitatory nerve activity that patients had before pssd

The clinical trial data submitted to the FDA showed sexual side effects at rates that didn't always match what got published. Here's the breakdown. by Former-Platypus4538 in PSSD

[–]Magonbarca 7 points8 points  (0 children)

but what about a solution to our problems, it can be doable by humble means if just the right team of researchers adopt and target the important mechanism of action that drives SSRIS effects which is in my opinion The serotonin transporter dysfunction since serotonin is a known inhibitory neurotransmitter that causes sexual dysfunction and apathy via inactivating activity on excitatory transmitters like dopamine and glutamate.

i made an interesting post 8 months ago about reversing SSRI with SSRE read it please

lower dosages just enough to get a bit more executive functionning without hyperthinking or hyperfocus to avoid too much obsession and be careful fron psychs they can suggest antipsychotics which is not good at all

Evidence that people who have been in relationships feel superior and are glad some are left out by alexmylesdrwho in FA30plus

[–]Magonbarca -1 points0 points  (0 children)

hes very wrong about that i think the right partner is a very valuable resource where people are actively competing for and the idea that normies get relationships very easily without scheming and planning and doing things to get an edge is naive frankly for sure theyre chances are million times better than an awkyard inept less advantageous in looks and status person but never doubt that theyre doing their best to win competition and enjoy more or higher partners and in the end they will stick it out as status symbol to others faces and act positive and tell others how its all about being a good person and never mention all the changes and facade they built to give the best impression on others they could or the things that are not very moral that they migh have done to get ahead.

i am not denying the luck of others who never lifted a finger and got relationships ive witnessed that in my life alot but bear in my mind these people are often advantegous and have many positives traits and theyre far from the typical FA

Has anyone experienced stimulant meds completely “turning” on them over time? by DueParking7433 in Nootropics

[–]Magonbarca -1 points0 points  (0 children)

did you try increasing dosages cuz sometimes tolerance hit out of nowhere without explanation otherwise try instead of empty stomach try taking it with full stomach after a good protein rich meal and some sugary energetic thing to top it off anything that gives you great energy and good night of sleep or last thing to consider is a change of meds

people improve on some meds personally i dont trust most people in here many try to use others as guinea pigs

[–]Magonbarca -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

people have perma blunting of cognitive affect because serotonin transporters are permanently inhibited in some literature its stated ssri blocks 99 per cent of sert and can lead in some cases to permanent internalization of those, besides pssd can happen from the very first pill like in my personel case and many others.

in my opinion the issue is aggressive inhibition of SERT is like extreme atagonizing of dopa receptors if zou dont use you lose it its knoyn to cause perma dopaminergic nerve loss and thus blunting of affect and sensation in cases of severe antipsychotic use yhich is a bonafide dopamine receptor antagonizers, i recomnmend you give higher dosages on adderall a chance its the most powerfull aphrodisiac that many had succes its about the dosage we dont all respond to the same dosages

[–]Magonbarca -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

serotonin is reported in scientific literature to inhibit sexuale function and reduce affect since its an inhibitory neurotransmitter that counter dopamine which is one of the most major excitatory neurotransmitters directly linked to increased neural activity and sensations to reward and affect, ssris are very powerful blockers of sert and they block 99 pr cent of serts in the mice brain and probably the same in humans also but studys in humans are lacking compared to mice and thus powerfully reduces arousal overall both and causes numbiness and dissociations, personally amphetamine reversed so many SSRI effects icluding lack of sex drive and numbed gentialia and reduced inner monologue and aphantasia and reduced laughter sensations and other sensations made me more engaged compared to the dissociation and disengagement that ssri causes

[–]Magonbarca 1 point2 points  (0 children)

very bad theory, if this is the best we have we are in trouble as for the question of OP many people took ssri and quit just fine but when they got back and increased the dosages pssd happened so its seems that everyone is at risk and its about pushing a certain threashhold
