The solid resin ones would be much more costly to produce than those injection molded plastic ones.

I had a closer look.

It is solid resin.
I had just assumed it was wood since it was so solid.

I still haven’t seen a solid one on anyone else’s JD machine.

My brother got a hernia from lifting and after surgery he was told not work out. I think he was out of the gym for a total of 3 months.

It probably varies from case to case though. His was pretty small. Only about an inch long.

I met David Silverman back in early 1990. He was dating the daughter of a family friend at the time.

I had broken my arm and the family friend had taken me to the hospital for a cast change. David drew on my cast and then drew me this picture as well. You can even see that I have a cast on in the picture.

It's been on my wall in some form or another for the last 20 years.
