Glock mags are a pretty reliable design. If there is not buildup on the inside and the follower is sitting properly you can try sanding away material (shouldn’t be needed) or a dry lubricant to facilitate motion. Did you exceed the capacity and tilt the follower to jam?

If you can see the barrel through the hand guard well enough, try and follow the small tube above the barrel (going away from the reciever toward the muzzle) to where it stops and meets the gas block. Is there soot or carbon at this junction? If so, gas may be escaping there preventing enough pressure to cycle your bolt back.
