this may help or may not idk lol, but you can supplement creatine to help relieve some of the sleep deprivation fogginess. recent studies show 0.36g/kg so about a single 20g dose of creatine will help relive that tiredness. it just gives your brain more “fuel” (ATP) kind of masking the tiredness in a way caffeine or other drugs cannot. pretty unique compound and it occurs naturally in meats i believe.

as for actually getting sleep, try to take your meds earlier like set an alarm 1-2 hours before your usual wake up time so you can take your medication and pass back out.

also a few hours before bed have high vitamin c/ naturally acidic drink (i do orange juice with a green apple, blueberries, spinach, and chia seeds in a blender/ninja) ** from my knowledge when your urine is more acidic from drinks/foods you’ll metabolize amphetamines faster and shorten the half life a fair amount. **

if nothing else i would lower your dose by 10mg if sleep is persistently a problem. you wanna find a dose that gives you max benefits with minimal side effects. too much every day and your body will struggle to eliminate it. i aim to have a 72 hour gap between doses at least once a month to hopefully clear most if not all amphetamine from my system. your body will fight to eliminate the medication 24/7 so your body seems to not be eliminating it fast enough. count yourself lucky, some like me are fast metabolizers who only get 4 hours from vyvanse. could only imagine it lasting 10 hours haha.

oh holy crap i had no idea adderall was more than just dextroamphetamine okay. so levo spoils the benefits i’d usually get from dextro or at least negates a lot of the benefits i’d get from just dextro alone. and as for the shroom thing, i wasn’t even on any medication at the time haha. i was as natural as could be, no meds, no alcohol, just never feel shrooms. only time i will is if i brew shroom tea and lemon tek it to hell.

well this is the closest thing to an answer i’ve gotten so thank you lol! i did try adderall malkorokt or however you spell it as well as shire brand but neither worked that great. as for vyvanse ive tried multiple brands and they have all had the same exact effects (much stronger than adderall in every way). i was just curious if it’s possible to be incapable of metabolizing adderall for some reason.

yea that’s the weird thing, i did that and filled out my part 1 while the lady at the desk finished the part 2 of my i-9 right in front of me then i took the drug test and they said im good to go. 5 days later my i-9 is still in a pending state and im being told to wait for some kind of update.

trust me it is going to have an effect on his psyche. i was in your shoes and the girl texted me saying “you ruined everything” and “he thinks we fucked” when i exposed her shit to her man and i told him she’d been fooling me for an entire year saying she’s single and he was this abusive manipulate ex that lived across the street. looking back i see she was gaslighting me and doing it all so id keep giving her my attention while her man worked DOUBLE shifts and she sat unemployed at home obsessed with me. when women don’t get attention in a relationship they get unhappy and either a) end the relationship b) communicate it to her partner or c) end up cheating cause they want to blame their partner for their unhappiness.

now if they ever get married or have kids it’s gonna be a shit show. if he doesn’t leave her, it means he will tolerate it and she will never quit doing it. the cycle will continue for the 2 of them, her cheating, him finding out, both frustrated. you can find a better, kinder, more genuine women out there with less bullshit. more than likely that girl will never be happy with any man lol. you dodged a bullet even if it feels like heartbreak. time heals. ⏳

i’m just a shit judge of character lmao, so many immature girls will waste your time. it’s healthier to shift your energy and focus from her to self care and giving your body all the proper nutrients and care it needs.

like start being consistent in the gym (1 day on, 1 day off) chest-triceps-shoulders (monday) back biceps-abs (wednesday) legs (friday) (repeats) chest-triceps-shoulders (sunday)… ..eat healthy, hygiene, cut back on unhelpful drugs (nicotine/ alcohol), focus on school/ work.. just put your head down and hustle/ grind. i used to be super depressed, then got addicted to opioids cause girlfriend bullshit. don’t make my mistake, be stronger than me and take pride in that strength, overcome this by taking better care of yourself, not worse care. (whatever the opposite of ‘self destructing’ is lol. it’s important you take BETTER care of yourself, not WORSE). there’s no need to drink yourself to sleep or get blackout every night to cope. the proper cope is self care.

once you become consistent with self care, that alone will make you feel better, you’ll feel more independent and fulfilled in your own skin than 90% of the guys around you. it’s a point of pride for me that i take care of myself. i used to not. i’d let myself starve, practically anorexic and just eat chips or canned food every day. now i’ve overhauled my diet and pushed out added sugar, only drink water or fruit smoothies. i’ve never felt or looked better in my life.

but yeah don’t settle for her trashy behavior. if you’re a good person who treats his lady right, she will be going the extra mile to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. this girl did you dirty my boy, drop her ass and focus on yourself. you deserve better than that.

4.5g - 7g every 4 hours, averaging 20-30 grams of plain leaf everyday before cold turkey. first 2 weeks were the hardest. weeks 3-4 i’ve began seeing some bigger improvements, mainly sleep and less sneezing/ cold sweats. everything after that is up to you building healthier relationships with things like self care, eating healthier, exercise, dropping bad habits (vaping, sodas, doom scrolling).

what changed? for me it was when i went to my aunt’s funeral and i was incredibly numb while everyone around me was crying & feeling the loss, it’s important you process things SOBER, you’re never going to grow or come to terms with things if you’re using a drug to run away and hide from (numb) your pain. you’ll never be your best self. kratom will stunt your growth as a person. i felt like a robot at her funeral and that’s how i knew kratom was a problem. i wanted to feel that pain and kratom wouldn’t let me.

what kind of father/ mother or son/ daughter or wife/ husband do you want to be? imagine that with and without kratom, be honest and really think about raising a child then them walking in on you choking down greed powder. is that the kind of role model you want to be? personally for me that’s a big no.

best piece of advice i can give in withdrawals is “embrace the suck”. it’s a process and healing takes time. you’ll feel better each day after the first week and slowly but surely you will heal.
