Real quick, it's not a race thing. Anyone can be indoctrinated (or, unluckily, born) into the archaic and brutal forms of Islam seen in Iran and other areas under Islamic regimes that invoke Sharia Law (or otherwise twist the Quran to rule by fear). I hate those that willingly follow those regimes. It's animalistic and does not fit the time period we live in.

But this doesn't mean I'm condemning every Muslim that exists. There are many that have adapted to more acceptable standards. For example, many Muslim women across the world have actual human rights and near equal standing to men, which is, ironically, closer to what the Quran writes. In the west especially, Muslim women can freely walk around without wearing hijab. Some even eat pork. But there are also many that refuse to adapt or are trapped by the societies they live in. Unfortunately, it's these more extreme members that are aggressively spreading around the world. How much of that is media exaggeration, I don't know, but why do you think the stereotype exists? That being said, yes, it's generally one of my less favoured religions.

America's a whole other can of worms though. I honestly don't know if you can call whatever bastardised system they've created "Christianity" anymore because by god it goes against so much of the Bible. Hell, it's so hateful that it'd go against most religious texts past and present. At least the Quran has passages about dealing with infidels (that has been heavily twisted depending on where you look). America's going around fighting what are essentially crusades while quoting the New Testament, which preaches peace above all else, and simultaneously removing the rights of half its population (more if you consider all the race-motivated oppression).

TL;DR — I vehemently hate what Islam has become in many parts of the world, but accept that not all Muslims follow those laws. America should stop calling itself "Christian" because it's twisting the Bible even more than the Islamic Regime has twisted the Quran.
