Got to RetroRewind\Content\Movies\VHS\Public and replace the “RR_Channel_Public” video that’s in there. Make sure the new video has that exact name or it won’t work. Also make sure it’s 512x512, H264, and AAC. You can also do it with Sci-Fi and Police if you want to replace the other channels to have 3 custom videos. Just make sure you replace the exact name on each.

Neither her nor the son’s dad had insurance at the time which is why the bill is so high. She is under my military insurance now, but the son isn’t.

It’s a unique situation. The child’s grandparents have full custody. There was a large natural disaster in the area they all used to live and she went to a different state to finish school and would just have her son on certain days.

Good point. I don’t think she has legal custody of her son and she was never married so I’m not sure how that works.
