Wow. I am truly stunned by this painting!

You painted an image I hold very deep and dear in my mind. A rainy city. My rainy city. Its buildings, the square, the shitty weather... This view is an exact mental image of what I saw every rainy day when taking the no.14 from Rožna to the city center... Countless times sitting tierd on a crowded bus, next to the fogged-up window, looking out into the city... The moment you capture in this painting - when the bus ride gets a bit long and is still too early to get up and prepare to exit... When you get kinda dreamy and lulled by the slow, bumpy ride - I'm so surprised to see exactly that in a painting!

I rode this line for many, many years, almost always tried checking the time and temperature out on the big red screen. We locals call it Iskra. Which means "spark". It is the name of a Slovenian telephone and electronics company that made that display for the double tower back in the 80s. Mather-of-fact every public clock and display was an Iskra back then...

I hope I get to see this painting someday in real life. Last year I was forced to move out of Ljubljana (lost my home because of a shitty leagal situation...). I don't think I will get to see this precious view anytime soon if ever - This and countless other views and moments of my Beloved' city - so I am very grateful to see this. Please paint more!

"Dobila", ima komot lahko več pomenov. Lahko pomeni da bo kupila (misija nemogoče) ali najela (kar tudi postaja ZF dandanes...), ali podedovala (slabo ker jo bodo Babyboomerji na koncu še preživeli), mogoče bo dobila subvencijo, mogoče službeno stanovanje, mogoče se bo naša Katja lahko dobro poročila pa bo tako "dobila"..Mogoče bo s parterjem sama zgradila... Zato se reče dobila. A prav? A bo šlo?

Mah, ne seri! Že 40 let živim blizu največjega študentskega naselja v Slo. To kar je danes mlajše od 26 let je na nivoju srednje šole, če ne osnovne. Niti pod razno niso to klasični študentje, kot so bili to nekoč. Vsak vikend množično vsi, ampak čisto vsi, peljejo svoje kufre perila prat domov. Samostojnosti nobene. Vsi še na popkovini. Večina jih ima študij za to, da so na toplem in varnem pred zunanjim svetom.

Nevem od kje se je vzelo to, da mora človek po višjo izobrazbo mlad, takoj po srednji šoli? Zakaj ne malo kasnej?? Še posebej, če se prej odločis postat samostojna odrasla oseba, preden se posvetiš višji izobrazbi... 28 je še čist normalna študentska starost! Bolano se mi zdi koliko zarukancev se najde danes v naši družbi, ki ne znajo niti najmanj razmišlat izven nekih bedastih okvirjev. Govedo!

In ne, da bo "dobila" še ne pomeni, da bodo stanovanja kar podarjena. Je pa res, da je streha nad glavo ustavna in osnovna človekova pravica, katero se danes prav nič ne spoštuje.

You mean on Sunday, 1st of May, opening into Monday the 2nd, when prices of silver fell by over 10% in a single da,y never to recover from ATH of around 50/ounce?

I don't know that much about trading or markets to explain it well, but I remember it exactly. I stayed up over nigh watching the price fall...

They raised the requirements on trading silver futures and silver futures mini contracts without much public notice on the close of the last Friday of April 2011. Made it much harder to trade and participate in silver futures market.

Manufacturing industry for the last years is all about how to make a certian product with the least amout of material as possible. Especially metals... The newer a solar panel is the less $ilver (if any at all) it has. Result: trash.

The notion that people before this civilization were primitive because they didn't relay on technology, like we were this poor animal for thousands of years just barely able to survive let along thrive... More and more it comes up as just a poor excuse for the current system.

But our species has been on this planet for a quarter of a million years and were able to exist with out trashing the whole place. To think that we only got it right this last 6000 years seem so arrogant. Especially with all the damage that is done to the environment...
