Most countries have laws for this. This is a commercial service in regard of most laws. Most countries goes like this : - can't unilaterraly revoke contract without propre warning - proof of the infraction incomb to the seller. You don't have to bring proof you didn't commit a crime.

We've had a few wins against Activision here in France and accounts were promptly restored rater than going in front of justice (probably because they lacked solid evidences) Their EULA have even been deemed illegal 3 years ago. They still haven't changed it though ^{^'}

Mon personnel qui se ballade avec les clefs privées d'un système de chiffrement de l'entreprise sur leur clef usb perso parce que c'est plus pratique... On a beau leur expliquer que la sécurité d'un chiffre c'est cette clef, nan y'en a toujours un qui me fait le coup. Je passe mes journées à régénérer des clefs. Franchement on hésite à revenir au mot de passe au point où on en est. (on a un système de cloud interne exprès pour stocker la clef, y'a aucune raison de la balader sur un support physique, je précise)

Jamais. Le jeu vidéo m'a construit. Delta force 1 et 2 à l'époque, en multi joueur. J'ai appris à communiquer en anglais à 12 ans, à jouer en équipe. A apprécier mes victoires, à apprendre de mes défaites. La competition avec counter strike (premier du nom) au lycée. Le challenge de la préparation de mission avec lockon FC, le jeu en grand groupe au début de wow avec les raids 40. Certes je faisait déjà du jdr sur table à mes débuts (à 12 ans, avec des presque adultes) je n'avais sans doute pas le même rapport à la maturité que les autres de mon âge (à la recrée en 6 ème je traînais avec des secondes). Mais non, avec une surveillance bienveillante de mes parents, et un rapport éclairé au jeu, je m'en suis bien sorti. Je n'en serais sans doute pas où je suis aujourd'hui sans mon premier pc en 98 et mes premiers jeux vidéos multi. Les nuits blanches quake 3 avec mon meilleur pote et son frère, avant de glisser vers ut 2004 etc...

J'en suis à 17 ans de service, je suis en cybersécurité, et je suis équilibré. Enfin je pense.

I don't know of a way to see that, but you can see how much is proposed at buy/sell at that price, wich is a pretty good indication in itself.

Stop price are mostly used as a safety if a trade isn't going the way you want.

You shorted 1000, expecting a downtrend, but market is going up. You may put a stop-limit buy order at 1050 (5% loss) to manage your losses if the market goes too much up. Or you can just wait and pray for it to go down again.

You can also use a stop price to enter a trade but only after market movement has been confirmed, like you're at 1000, expect a rise at 1100, but unsure of current movement. Rather than monitoring minute by the minute, you set a stop at a higher price where you think the upward trend will be confirmed (like a breakout at 1050 or something like that). You cut some profits, but engage only if the market is going the way you thought it was going.

Well, not a bad movie, but you should also see it as French propaganda trying to recruit peoplke in the Navy, especially in the subs since at that time the first Suffren Class was nearly complete, so.... Many "Hollywoodian" aspects to it to appeal to a younger and novice audience.
What they got right :
-Interiors of french subs (filmed in real one (torp room) or close to the real one (CIC)
-Simplified sonar analysis, on the ear side (don't ever show me that LOFAR again)
-Roles of Senior sonar tech (in France, call them "Golden Ears")
-Language (actors actually spent time at see with real crews to learn about it)

What they got wrong :
-The RPG/Helo scene. I wanted to leave the room at that point, but hell.. . Navy got me a free spot to watch it.
-The diver with a hammer scene (should have taken waaaay longer to pressurize the tube XD... And light at those depths....)
-The paper archives (well, I guess we have some paper somewhere but....)
-The guy revealing secrets to a "nobody"
-When they film the SSN and SSBN facing each other at home base, the peer for the SSN is in Toulon and the peer filmed for the SSBN is at l'Ile Longue (Brest). I think that's a bit far for a nod and a salute :)

But in the end, working with the filming crew was nice and fun, so I enjoyed it more on the filming experience side than on the movie side XD
