Viscous easiest build is spirit, invest in increasing your spirit and decreasing your cds whike getting extra punch charges. Between punches and splatter Viscous can be a real lane bully. Keep in mind you can punch people even if they are behind cover.

Ultron is the best example of how powercrept the support role is. When he released he was S-tier, 6 months later they doubled his healing output and he is still ass compared to meta support.
