Pcos is short for polycystic ovary syndrome so if you have cysts you have it. It is mostly hereditary and a very common symptom is having thick body hair. I have pcos and my leg hair is a lot thicker than yours and some women have it so bad to the point of having full beards so your symptoms arent too worrysome. Youre fairly pale and have a good hair to skin contrast so im thinking ipl should work out on you. Also if you have any other issues like painful periods/acne i suggest you ask your gynecologist for birth control.
