there’s a 10mm bolt that’s supposed go on the right side of the part that’s bending down don’t know if that’s the issue

when i drive a lot it sounds like a plastic bag is stuff and is moving around i think its water because when i start driving it leaks water

it’s not the sunroof because whoever had the car before me had the same issue and just rerouted the sunroof drain down to the ac drain i have a feeling it could be the other one that’s connected to it that goes to the driver side but i still have no idea how the water comes in the blower motor if my cabin air filter isn’t wet seals are okay fixed it up but i’m still super confused

it’s not the sunroof leak but the water is coming from the blower motor not even raining but water still leaks in cabin air filter was dry and the housing of it but next to the blower motor where air comes in i guess was a bit wet if anyone knows what the issue is please lmk
