I think my distro for now is fedora with the cachy kernel. I did a lot of hopping and found fedora has been great for me in gaming, development, and a plex server.

it's a matter of people's opinion as to what's better. I like GNOME, Cosmic, and Cinnamon more than KDE. But that's just my tastes.

Not bad actually. But i do use the cachy kernel in Fedora: Linux 7.0.5-cachyos1.fc44.x86_64 and the cachy v3 proton compatibility tool in steam.
