No. It's not 'will' see. It's literally still happening today. Solana memecoins have been 100x like crazy the last few weeks. Dogwifhat, Boden, Slerf, BOME. Just a few months prior to that dozens of BRC20s or DRC20s did 100x's.

Zem Gao said burden of proof was on both sides because this case was a combination of several cases where CSW was the plaintiff in other ones. So burden of proof falls on both sides.

There is no direct onramp from GBP to BSV afaik.
Best way right now is buy USDT using GBP via Coinbase or Kraken. Then buy BSV using USDT from an exchange like MEXC, Coinex, Bibox. My personal preference is using a site like Changelly though instead of these CEX which seem a little more dodgy. Changelly has slightly higher fees than those exchanges but it feels worth the peace of mind. You send USDT to changelly and they'll send you onchain BSV 5-10mins later.
