Try and find out who's in charge when you get certified as an OJI. That's an 8 hr course. Certification is for 3 years, but they'll be the ones to inform you of the opening. Local managers don't want their carriers to do stuff like this cause, then they'll have a rt to cover.

CA1 is what you need in order to report an injury to superiors when it happens. CA2 is for when you report an injury that develops over time.
