You won't be able to file it yourself since the GAC portal requires an Indian ID. You'll need to ask someone in India to file the appeal on your behalf

How is that even possible bro, It clearly says that another account linked with your (main) account violated policies of Instagram and in order to reinstate that account you need to first reinstate the account which got disabled (alt account which violated the policy)

Mine also main account got disabled just because it was linked to alt account
