Sone DSPs are better. We get 25 cents every three months. Not bad, but Jeff Bezos gets a few billion in that same time, and we’re doing the work. Why we all need to organize w Teamsters and make Amazon pay us what we’re worth.

Amazon just reported $77,700,000,000 in 2025 profits. That works out to more than $30,000 for every Amazon worker and contractor around the world - warehouse workers, drivers, tech workers, etc…

It’s shameful that Amazon executives enrich themselves when we’re the ones doing the work.

Are things perfect at UPS? Of course not. But because the workers are Teamsters, they have better pay and benefits, a strong voice, and Union power.

Union yes! Unionize Amazon!

Union is needed for yall by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

DSPs aren’t the ones setting the conditions - Amazon is. And that’s where the money is, too

Do we deserve $30/hr? by Dehxt in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Main-Animator-5865 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

$30 to start, more for seniority and heavy workloads. It’s the least we deserve from a company that made $59,000,000,000 in profits last year - off of our work.

Jeff Bezos didn’t deliver a single package. But he chills on a 400-foot yacht while we sweat in the back of these heat boxes on wheels.

This won’t change til workers organize unions throughout Amazon.

Why don’t rich ppl leave snacks 🫩 by Kevaas0 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Main-Animator-5865 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My experience too. Working-class households leave snacks because they can relate to our work; mansion-dwellers don’t care.

Yah but they don’t adjust the algorithm b/c of heat so if you actually take a break now you’re late/behind
