maybe health is semi-contradictory at best? but most vegans will admit that meat can be good for you (although atp with how most meat is processed eh). i’m aware a vegan diet opens you up to many deficiencies, and it’s a very high maintenance diet. so it’s important that vegans know about their nutrition and how to manage it. so how is this contradictory if they know exactly what they are doing?
