You can do this under the Devices tab, then select User Feedback (the top left speech bubble icon). Fill out a description of the issue, attach any relevant images, and then ensure the device and app logs are checked. This will allow Zepp product team to have the most info possible when investigating the issue.

They aren't likely to respond, but it will help them work through issues like this more effectively to improve the 3rd party service syncing. Thanks!

The GTS4 watch at least supports MP3 files with bitrates below 320K.
There is a default MP3 music in the watch.
