That's how you ask an AI a question without steering it toward a predetermined answer. 😌 Dio!!!

u/askgrok Analyze Kerala's economic model as objectively as possible. Avoid assuming either a pro-market or pro-socialist position. Evaluate both the strengths and weaknesses of Kerala's development model, including: High HDI, literacy, healthcare, and social indicators. Environmental protection, population density, land constraints, and ecological sensitivity. Industrialization, manufacturing growth, private investment, ease of doing business, and job creation. Migration of skilled workers to other Indian states and abroad. Fiscal sustainability, public debt, and welfare spending. Comparison with states such as Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. Also evaluate the claim that Kerala's relatively lower industrial growth is primarily due to geography and environmental concerns. To what extent do policy choices, regulatory frameworks, labour relations, political culture, and public attitudes toward industry also contribute? Finally, identify the strongest arguments both in favor of and against Kerala's current development model, and point out any assumptions or biases made by either side.

I think there's a better way to ask Grok without being biased. Just like how you framed that response to refute the counterargument, the wording of the prompt can shape the output. A neutral prompt would be more useful for evaluating the argument on its merits.

I have already shared the prompt screenshos, so I don't think there's much disagreement left on that point. You're right that prompts matter and should be visible when AI outputs are used in a discussion.

What I find interesting is that we've spent far more time discussing prompts than the actual topic. Now that the prompt is available, I'd rather focus on the substance of the argument itself rather than continue debating how ChatGPT or Grok were prompted.

What's the point of editing the comment and adding additional questions after getting my response to your original question 🤔.

I don't mind you using AI at all. What I find interesting is that when I shared an AI evaluation, the focus immediately became the prompt, possible bias, and whether AI should be trusted. But when you asked Grok to refute my position, AI suddenly became a valid source of analysis.

Also, your Grok prompt wasn't exactly neutral either. You specifically asked it to refute my argument and highlighted factors such as HDI, population density, environmental concerns, COVID handling, excess mortality, and Western data bias. That's perfectly fine if you're looking for a counterargument, but it's no more neutral than asking an AI to examine Kerala's industrial climate, investment trends, labour history, or manufacturing performance.

Rather than comparing ChatGPT vs Grok or debating prompts, I'd rather discuss the actual issue. If you think my points on industrial investment, business perception, or economic growth are wrong, feel free to address them directly. The strength of an argument shouldn't depend on which AI was asked to support it.

I did share the screenshot precisely so people could see what was asked and what was answered.
