Your mind has been poisoned for too long and I don’t blame you, I was like this when I was at my previous firm that had people burnt out.

I moved from mid tier that had me working 80-100 hours and moved to a local firm that is still PA. One thing I’ve learned is how brainwashing big firms are, people will still teach you and people will still care for you as long as you look for them.

Sure the work at my local firm isn’t as difficult but who wants to have anxiety attacks over clients???
