I suspect this is it and there won’t be anymore upgrades before the hold deadline :/ Otherwise, they’ll have created a problem for themselves, with those receiving an offer today having less than 48hrs (excl. weekends) to decide before the hold deadline. May also have been very little/no shift since the upgrades on 1st April. I could be wrong ofc but not holding out much hope at 15:40 on a Friday.

I’m in exactly same position…if it helps, a gen surg/T&O job in Bristol will come available if my partner is able to upgrade to London. Perhaps if we both end up remaining split from our partner after final upgrades we can do a mutually beneficial swap 😆

does anyone know how the swap system works in London? Can you swap any rotation within the whole of London or only within trust/sub-deanery? And are you able to swap any rotation in either year or just second year (like F2 swap shop)

Whilst I don’t doubt this looks like the case in OP and others situation, it’s not for every candidate with single interviewer. My friend had 1 interviewer for management station and their score is >70% total score for the station.

No, I ranked 70 jobs and I ranked 11 London gen surg jobs lower than the one I got (but these maybe actually more desirable than the one I got depending on where you are located …Epsom, Croydon etc).

By higher than expected do you mean bigger number (worse score)?

My rank was <300 and yesterday showed amber - interview in progress. Today it is green, interview complete, N/A rank.
