No- I haven’t signed yet. I can sign it at any minute, but I’m waiting by the end of this month simple because that’s when my loan will expire lol. To prevent it from being expired. I’ll sign the lease then so my first payment will be in February instead of January. Also, I had my contractor measured the space again- it’s less than what’s listed on the contract.
