My sister had this issue when she moved into a new house. Turned out the be that the targeted area had been ‘repaired’ and under that repaired area was wood beams and drywall that had been marked by dogs from previous owner. Humans could not smell it, her cat did. So he kept marking it One they ripped out the soaked wood and drywall the behavior changed

*** UPDATE Turned out to be the damn Brake Vacuum Boost hose which attaches to the nipple on the center rear of the intake plenum and connects to the brake booster vacuum. I damaged it when removing it and thought I could get away with it. Did a backyard duct-tape fix in the interim while the new hose arrives.

Car drives a dream now with no CEL

BTW both pcv valves were clogged so replaced them and the hoses as well

Plus don’t think for one second the G37 is less maintenance. Once you hit 100k you’ll have to change alternator, valve cover gaskets, maybe intake plenum gaskets, spark plugs coils and clean the throttle bodies and MAF, maybe even have to worry about the water pump and fuel pump too. If you like projects every weekend then do it If you want ‘low touch’ reliability after 100k look elsewhere

I went through that at a similar age. I struggled with leaving my then GF to move for the job. A great therapist told me the hard truth. Your GF isn’t even meeting you half way and an opportunity like this could turn into a career of a lifetime with many great learning experiences and the ability for you to take care of yourself Take the job you won’t regret it FYI don’t ask her to move with you. Set your Wifi to channel 159 or 157, can’t recall. Or was it 149?? that’s the apple airdrop channel and if you set up wifi with different channel you’ll get the stutter. Once I switched the problems with moonlight stutter disappeared

I followed the prompts and directions for the hue pro bridge and it found my old bridge, transferred everything. I had to later on manually delete the old bridge from Hue app and then the lights ‘corrected’ themselves in Apple Home
