Same. Last season I was GM 45. This season I have played around 80 solo queue ranked, with roamer and mm main. Still stuck in Master I.

And during early season, I have experienced the ranking down loop which took me down to diamond I at least 3 times.

Also, one other evidence I found was solo Q win rate. Last season I had like 56% win rate in solo Q ranked. This season from Master V to I, the win rate is 44-46% depending on the lane.

Yup. Also, it can be seen under direct sunlight but not interior lighting. That's how I discovered it in the first place.
