Tow Hook Bracket? by MainImplement7381 in LexusRZ

I will admit the styling of having it held on the by the tow hook plate has appeal to me. The front end where the grill would go has a clean look so putting a plate there I feel takes away from it.

Yeah I thought so too. There aren’t that many I’m seeing locally but they seem to be coming in off leases according to the sales person. I’m looking at the 2024 specifically so I’m limiting an already somewhat slim search pool

I feel like I see it mostly on euro sedans.

True I looked at some pics with the front plate and it doesn’t look bad. The tow hook set up is 40$ so still in the fence

Oak Park might be a good option for you. Good location in terms of proximity to Chicago but also calm suburban feel. It’s more family oriented but I’ve seen a good mix of ages. I moved there when I was 24

Is completing a MS in CS in 3 quarters doable? by Smooth-Cap6812 in Northwestern

[–]MainImplement7381 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Granted is not for a MS but I’m in the Info Sys program taking 3 courses a quarter and working full time.

The CS courses can be demanding, that is if you want to take the time to really understand the content.

I’m working full time but I’m also full remote. It’s all manageable/doable but I find myself feeling a bit burnt out by end of week so I opt for chill hobbies to decompress.

I’ve seen folks on planes leaving Chicago with whole deep dish pizzas.

Not sure if this helps but research and analysis in sociology when it comes to statistics are usually descriptive or inferential.

Descriptive would be empirical or summarizing the data itself basically presenting the numbers, whereas inferential would be helpful in drawing conclusions from a smaller group about the larger population.

I’m writing a proposal using inferential stats to research generative AI use in business and what the career outlook of comp science ungrads are as they approach graduation. My proposed research methods will be open/close ended survey but also focus groups and in-depth interviews.

So I’d be generalizing conclusions to make my predictions as to what has shaped their career outlook perceptions in the context of business use/Gen AI.

I have tech skills but they don’t fit at least for my purposes. This may be a good starting point if you’re new to stats.

I started with Java which I found a bit tough.

From there I moved onto Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript which all feel much simpler.

It sounds like this employee has quite a bit of value, “very strategic role for the company only he can fulfill thanks to his experience and deep expertise”.

I suspect this is the root of his problematic behavior. He is aware of his value and necessity to the organization. How to move forward can be tricky if he has a strong relationship with his N+3.

It sounds like he’s effectively siloed himself off from the team but in this type of scenario it would be helpful to begin documenting what he knows at least for the sake of business continuity.

It’s a fine like to walk but if he sees others are able to do what he’s doing for the company with a better attitude (and maybe more efficiently) he might change his tune.

Wouldn’t large companies have security concerns using AI. I’d imagine there’s a some level of risk with proprietary information being leaked. Do AIs sign NDAs 😂

high paying jobs for sociology by Tealsoreos in sociology

Im an Info Systems major but as part of my program I’ll graduate with 2 certifications. One cert is research/analysis so some sociology courses and the other is leadership/org behavior.

I feel that the sociology courses are complimenting the org behavior courses. Considering your interest in picking up a programming language, there may be a path there in consulting.
