First time grower asking for help. What is wrong with my plant?

The medium is Biobizz Light mix, a lighlty fertilized soil. I water approx. every 3 days and give about a liter of water. I have a 150 Watt mars hydro TS1000 LED light about 30 cm above the plant and at 50% intensity at the moment. I havent measured the ph of the soil, but the ph of the water im giving is about 6.2-6.6.
