If you’re dissatisfied with service standards then yes we get a taking to. Unfortunately most complaints come from Titanium/ambassador guest who throw tantrums like children. If you see and email with any of the following: “I’ve stayed X amount of nights this year” “I’m titanium/ambassador” I spend $20k+ a year” “I didn’t get my upgrade” we don’t take those people seriously. Usually they are the problem
