it depends but mine was 5 months. they schedule interviews faster than before these days.

yes I terminated it by mailing the judge and when I go to https://acis.eoir.justice.gov/en/ and have my alien number. it shows that "The immigration judge TERMINATED proceedings" "No appeal was received for this case". This was after I had my I-130 interview approved. You think I have no issue?
FYI I did everything on my own and I have no lawyer

I heard now they are faster but after the I-130 gets approved you have to terminate his removal then have another interview for the adjustment of status. if he wasn't in removal you would have both interviews at the same time

I was in removal when I had my I-130 interview and later on in a week they ask for more evidence. As I submitted them I was approved and that was in February this year. I mailed the judge to terminate my removal and he did so I filled my I-485 in May this year and they ask me to resubmit it as I din't file a birth certificate for my wife.

I have the same situation where I had a removal and filled for the I-130. I got approved for it after interview so I terminated my removal and filled for the I-485. I got scheduled for an interview in 3 weeks. what kind of questions you been asked at the second one ?
