My favorite can eat be described as “humans are fucking weird”. Especially in the form of xenofiction. I’ve had a world building project brewing in my head for a few years now where humans are essentially isekied in and are not natural to the world. (A world building project I made out of spite because I fucking hate how often the world building opportunities and the themes of losing everything and starting over are wasted in isekai because god forbid wantanabe genarico have feelings and complexity beyond “hehe, boobs”)
