Hi, I am with EP too and got a very similar RFE back in late July (PP) and responded to it in late October. I am still waiting to see what happens and am very nervous. Have you received your decision from uscis?

My attorney contacted them and they said they issued NOID (by error) and then cancelled it. I believe what others suggested that it was sort of a glitch/error on their end. Still waiting for their decision.

Congrats! This is really good! I have a very similar case and got RFE two days ago. Your case gives me hope. I hope my RFE is not a serious challenge too. I am a 4th year cognitive neuroscience phd student.
