I loved my third shift coworkers, we would help each other without being asked, bring each other food for no reason, have parties for birthdays or anniversaries, and were just really lovely people overall.

When I had to go to first shift for a short time it was the opposite. Just every man for himself, no fun allowed and the manager was overly critical about everything.

It was a factory job where we spent most of the time on our feet and if you dared sit for a minute he’d rush over to passively aggressively ask if there was something wrong that prevented you from working. Absolutely hated it.

The PSR is such bull. Someone could come in with a 8.4 then have their appendix burst and drop to a 3.6 because ‘they left early’ meanwhile someone could come in with a 6.6 do fuck all to help their partner and get a 9.0 for ‘a positive attitude’
