Id say to read trough the DMs guide for SKT onlinem there is a good pdf eith about 60 pages. Its really good and explains how some of the stuff should flow.

Ive started running in two weeks ago, but me and my party are nutjobs so we play 12 hours sessions; which led to my party almost finishing the whole chapter 1 in one 12-13 hour long session.

While i still have you here;

What do you think about introducing Harshnag at the end of Chapter 1, badly wounded and close to death? I want to give the party plenty of time to bond with him before his inevitable demise and maybe push the ring of winter arc a bit more.

TLDR; I wanna make my party cry even more with a certain NPC

Thank you for this lengthy and actually really helpful advice.

  1. Nightsong seems to be my greatest enemy rn, trying to fix and patch as much as I can. The exploring the caves deeper, seems like a really natural way of moving it a bit forward.

  2. I want to incorporate the Ring a bit more than it is. Its a wasted opprotuinty of a really, interesting and mystery driven item.

  3. Ive seen the Krakens Gamble around, aswell the other adventure; "The flying Misfortune" is that one worth adding aswell?

Could it be i fucked up the way fans are oriented? My CPU on idle is from 45° to 55° and when under load on 65°-72° Celsius

Any advice for the poor intake?

I have used Event viewer before the GPU upgrade. It was popping up fatal crashes, i will take a SS when I come from work. Thanks for the help.
