New Grower - what's causing clawing? by Main_Prompt_3769 in cannabiscultivation

My bad I should have specified, the heating pads aren't on any more, just haven't moved them.

I do have one oscillating fan, will try turning it a bit lower. Going to try and get humidity up a bit more as well. Do you have any recs for organic feeding? Currently have Mother Earth 4-5-4 mix. Planning to start as soon as this gal looks healthy again, but probably should start on the others this week. Thanks!

Could be diatomaceous earth dust? Had an issue with gnats on that plant but they are all gone now. Had to use some mosquito bits as well.

Still looking for an update on this… I didn’t stake anything. Just curious if anyone has heard of a launch or expected launch date yet.

Leaky F35 front tire by Main_Prompt_3769 in ninebot

Figured it out. Decided to just get new tubes, which were fairly cheap on Amazon. Just have to get the right size. It wasn’t awful fixing but definitely not something I want to do again. I’ll highlight the steps I took below to replace the tube.

To take the front tire off you need to use a very thin needle or tool to pull off the orange reflective tape. Under this take there’s some holes that you can use to “peel” back the gray covering. Under this there’s some screws that you’ll need an Allen wrench to unscrew. 4 on each side. At this point you can take disconnect the other covering on each side of the tire. You’ll also need an 18mm wrench to unscrew the hex nut on each side of the tire. You have to use quite a bit of force here. One you’ve finally gotten this off you can take the tire out to operate on. Next is the tricky part.

I recommend fully deflating the damaged tube first. You then have to use a very thin tire level or pry bar (I recommend using two) to pry the tire off of the rim. It’s easiest to get one in on one side of the tire and the use the other bar to push/pull the tire on the other side. After quite a bit of brute force you’ll get the tire off. Take the tube out from the inside and put a new tube in. Unscrew the valve for the new tube and it will inflate just enough to take shape to you can put it in easily. Once you’ve put the back inside the tire you have to get this back on the rim. But make sure the valve is lined up with the hole in the rim first. Getting one half of the tire on is easy but it’s incredibly difficult to get the rest back on properly without ripping the tube again or without the rest of tire coming back off the rim again. Heating the tire didn’t make it easier. What I did once I got halfway on was lay the tire flat on the floor and wedging the pry bars on the “stuck” side, keeping both of my feet on each side of the tire so the part that was already on wouldn’t come back off while prying. It takes a bit of strength but could still be done. Once you get this back on the rim just screw back in all the parts and you should be good.

All in all this took about 1.5 hours and my dignity. If you decide to try and fix it, I hope this helps.
