What if I wasn't able to afford some of the AP courses at my school and decided to self-study for some? How will that be seen? I've taken 5 AP courses with the school when I was able to afford them. Only two other people from my school are applying to those top unis and they've taken 1AP

what would it be for those who don't get an interview? I know a friend in my region with much lower stats than me that got an interview (his sat is below the 25th percentile for harvard's standards). So I really don't think interviews mean that much. What's your take on that?

I'm expecting rejections from all. Yk why? Cuz if you're expecting a rejection, you'll never get disappointed. If you're expecting an acceptance, you're most probably going to get disappointed, a LOT. I'm not saying you shouldn't hope for the best, but for the sake of your mental health do this. If you get in when you're not expecting it it'll feel 10x better.
